Our designers and engineers use state-of-the-art AutoCAD technology to integrate precision and flexibility into every design and process specification. We believe that superior equipment is essential for producing a superior product. Price Industries has extensive experience developing and analyzing process designs and layouts for a variety of finishing applications. These projects include comparisons of multiple layouts and technology options. Recommendations are based upon economic and process criteria developed with the customer. Typical evaluation parameters are process throughput, maintainability, capital cost, and operating expenses and maintenance expenses.

It is the policy of Price Industries that we control our manufacturing processes. When producing our systems we start with design and engineering then take the raw materials and cut, shape, machine and paint them.   We then assemble, electrify, then test and finally transport and install.  When providing “Turnkey” systems involving sub-contractors that have expertise in special components of any process line we will procure either a customer preferred vendor or select one we have complete trust in to perform the way our customer expects.

The technology in place today allows engineering to link direct to the CNC machines in the plant, including the Flow Water Jet Cutting Machine, the MG Plasma/Flame Cutting Machine, the HAAS Lathe and the Hurco Vertical Milling Machines.  This equipment with dedicated knowledgeable employees allows us to repeatedly turn out quality, precision equipment.
